We started with a single camera and a dream of a premium standard.
Grafoto was born from a simple observation — most real estate listings in 2018 looked amateurish. Poor photos, no emotion, no context. Clients were expected to choose multi-million PLN apartments based on underexposed phone photos.
We decided to do more. We invested in Hollywood-grade equipment — full-frame, studio lights, a gimbal, a drone, and our proprietary panorama stitching process in Pano2VR. And most importantly — in the time needed to get the shot just right.
Today, we work with Wrocław's largest developers, hotel chains, premium real estate agencies, and marketing agencies. Every project shares the same obsession: let's showcase the interior so it sells itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
An apartment photo shoot starts at PLN 550 net — this price includes photos of the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, and each additional room is +PLN 50 net (3 additional shots). The final price depends on the square footage, the number of shots, and the range of add-ons — such as virtual staging or drone photography. You can calculate the exact cost, including travel, in just a few seconds using the pricing calculator. For real estate agencies, I offer custom pricing with discounts that increase with the number of projects completed per month.
Usually 1.5 to 3 hours — that’s how long it takes to set up the lighting and composition in each room. For large homes and commercial properties, we allocate more time, which we agree on during the briefing stage.
Typically within 48 hours of the session. If the listing needs to go live the same day, I offer express delivery — just let me know when booking.
We determine the number of shots in the brief, depending on the square footage and the number of rooms — for a typical apartment, this ranges from a dozen to over twenty shots. Each photo is polished: color correction, straight verticals, and a clean space.
The most important thing is to clear the countertops, put away personal belongings, and clean the windows — I'll take care of the rest on-site. I've described this step-by-step in my guide on preparing your property for a photoshoot.
Yes. I work in Wrocław and the surrounding areas — Kiełczów, Długołęka, Oleśnica, Oława, Trzebnica — and for larger projects, I travel throughout the entire Lower Silesia region. Any potential travel costs are immediately visible in the pricing calculator.
Yes, retouching is included in the price of every session: color and perspective correction, cleaning up minor imperfections, and balancing exposure near windows. Upon request, I also offer day-to-dusk shots, meaning I transform a daytime photo into an evening one, with lights on in the windows.
This is the digital furnishing of an empty interior — the buyer sees a furnished apartment instead of just four walls. It works perfectly for properties in developer's standard and after renovation, where it is hard to visualize the scale of the rooms and how to arrange them.
Yes — you receive the photos to promote this property across all channels: listing portals, social media, printed materials, and the agency website. I confirm the scope of the license in the agreement prior to the photoshoot.
I price 3D virtual tours starting from PLN 110 net per panoramic point, meaning each spot from which you can look around — and the larger the area, the more of them are needed. A typical apartment requires from a few to a dozen points, and commercial properties require correspondingly more. You can calculate the exact cost using the pricing calculator; I bill real estate agencies based on individual rates per panorama, with a minimum fee.
A standard virtual tour is ready within 48–72 hours of the shoot. For large properties — hotels, office buildings, warehouses — the turnaround time is extended to about 5 business days, as there are significantly more scenes and we connect each one manually.
I don't use an automatic scanner. I build virtual tours from panoramic photos taken with a camera and combine them in Pano2VR, ensuring the image is sharp and the light and colors are natural. Scanners are faster, but they produce a soft, "plastic" image—with premium properties, it shows immediately.
Wherever you sell: on your own website (ready-to-use iframe code), on classified ad sites, on social media, and in emails to your clients. The tour works via a simple link, without installing any app.
Yes — as a trusted Google Street View photographer, I publish virtual tours directly to your Google Business Profile and Google Maps. This is especially beneficial for hotels, restaurants, salons, and clinics, as the tour is visible right away in search results.
Yes, fully responsive — phone, tablet, computer, and VR headsets, without installing an app. Gyroscope control also works on phones: turn your device, and the view follows your movement.
From studio apartments of around 20 m² to properties over 5,000 m² — hotels, office buildings, halls, and showrooms. For spaces exceeding 1,000 m², we plan the shoot in stages and apply dedicated procedures to maintain consistent lighting throughout the entire virtual tour.
Quite a lot: interactive points with descriptions and documents, a floor plan with dimensions, a contact form that goes straight to your CRM, appointment booking via API, switchable finishing options, and in showrooms, even a redirection to the product page in the store. I have described the details in the Advanced Features section on this page.
Yes. I provide data on how many people entered the tour, how long they stayed, and which rooms they viewed the longest. This is concrete feedback — it shows what attracts attention in the property and what is worth presenting differently.
Video presentations start at PLN 550 net for a single format. The second format bundled with the first — a horizontal presentation for portals plus a vertical reel for social media — is always cheaper than when ordered separately. The price further depends on the square footage and the length of the footage; you can calculate the exact amount in the pricing calculator.
On-site shoots usually take 1.5–3 hours, depending on the size of the property. I deliver the edited material within 48 hours of the session, and with express turnaround, on the same day — just let me know when booking.
For listings, 45–60 seconds works best, while for social media, 20–30 seconds in a vertical format is ideal. Longer videos make sense for houses, developments, and commercial properties, where there is simply more to show.
The horizontal version (16:9) goes to listing portals, the agency website, and YouTube. The vertical reel (9:16) is designed for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook — cropped differently and cut faster. Most clients order both formats together, as the second one in the bundle costs less.
Yes, and I highly recommend it — the agent's commentary builds trust and makes the offer stand out among hundreds of similar ones. Recording the on-camera commentary is included in the price of the video, and I do not charge extra for it.
Yes. I select music licensed for commercial use, add subtitles (crucial for watching without sound), and voiceover narration upon request. Everything is included in the editing price.
Yes — aerial footage is a great way to open a video for houses, plots, and developments. Flights are conducted by a licensed operator in compliance with regulations. You can find the details in our drone services offer.
Wherever you sell: listing portals, agency website, social media, YouTube, and client emails. You receive the material in MP4 format, ready to upload with no additional editing required.
Drone photos (10 edited shots) or aerial footage is PLN 550 net separately, and PLN 300 net when added to a ground session — since no separate travel is required. The price depends on the scope: photos only, video only, or the full package. You can calculate the exact amount in the pricing calculator.
Yes. Flights are conducted by a licensed UAVO operator, in accordance with European and Polish regulations, and with valid third-party liability insurance. Wherever permission to enter controlled airspace is required, I arrange it before the session — leaving no formalities for the client.
In most locations, yes, but there are restrictions — areas near airports, military zones, and some city centers require permission or are designated as no-fly zones. I always check this before the shoot and let you know upfront what cannot be done before we book a date.
No precipitation and wind speeds within safe limits for the equipment are required. I automatically check the forecast before every scheduled date, and if the conditions deteriorate, I suggest rescheduling — it's better to postpone the session than to deliver material with a soft, gray look.
For houses, land plots, and residential developments. From the air, you can see the shape and boundaries of the plot, the neighborhood, access, and the distance to a forest or lake — exactly what buyers ask about first, and what ground-level photos simply cannot show.
Yes, this is one of the most frequently ordered features. I overlay the property boundaries onto the aerial shot, and upon request, I can also add labels: access, utilities, cardinal directions, and distances to key points of interest.
Full-resolution photos, ready for print and web, and 4K video. Everything fully edited — color correction, contrast, and stabilization — just like with ground footage.
Yes. I fly over industrial halls, facilities, hotels, and investment properties, as well as capturing events from the air. For larger areas, a drone shot is often the only way to show the entire site in a single frame.
