- Handling inquiries from the contact and quote form — based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (taking steps at the request of the individual and legitimate interest — responding to the inquiry).
- Performance of a service contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Issuing and storing accounting documents — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).
- Marketing of our own services and establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Quote Calculator — Email and SMS Notifications
If you use the quote calculator and click "Save Quote", we process the phone number and email address you provide in order to send you a summary of the quote along with a link to your individual calculation page.
- Email — we send a copy of the quote to the provided address.
- SMS — we send a message with a link to the quote via the SMSAPI gateway (ComVision sp. z o.o., ul. Toszecka 101, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland), which acts as a data processor on our behalf.
- The phone number also serves as an access password to your individual quote page — protecting it from unauthorized access.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at your request) and (f) (legitimate interest — contacting you regarding your inquiry). We store data from the calculator until the inquiry is handled and potential cooperation is established, no longer than necessary. You can request its deletion at any time by writing to kontakt@grafoto.pl.
